Project Sumo
Great North Run 2008
The CFM team sent a team to Newcastle on the 5th October 2008 to take part in the Great North Run, with most of the team wearing Inflatable Sumo Wrestling outfits. On what was a very sunny day in Newcastle, the suits probably weren't the best idea but with such characters as Gareth 'The Hawk' Sparrowhawk, Tom 'The Ginger Warrior' Maton and Peter 'Pedro' Jenkins CFM was well represented.

CFM would like to thank everyone who supported the team and donated through our Just Giving site. It is down to people like your good selves that make these kind of events worth while. Thank you for all your support.
The charity chosen for this event was the Loros Hospice for Leicestershire and Rutland based in Leicester - further information can be found on the CFM Charities page.
The Project was to pay tribute to Carlos and Martyn Gilbert's Grandmother Vera 'Joyce' Wilkins who sadly past away at the Loros Hospice earlier this year.
