So who are CFM?
The Charity Football Match Team or CFM for short is a group of individuals brought together under one banner with a shared objective to raise funds and organise events for charity. The CFM Team was formed back October 2006 and have already experienced incredible success in organising and implementing charity events. With plans already in the pipeline for future events the team is committed to making a difference in the name of charity.
Since May 2007 CFM as a team have so far raised a total of £9,181.00 - with an added tax re-claim through 'Just Giving' of £712.44.

CFM is not only about our own organised charity events, we also give information on chosen charities and can advertise on upcoming charity events to help support or booster numbers. Planned Events:
CFM Project Valley (Project Name TBC) - Charity Football Match IV during the summer of 2010.
CFM Project Man Mountain - Charity Football Match V in the May of 2011 or 2012 followed by the main challenge of climbing the three highest peaks in England, Wales and Scotland in 12 hours.
Project Valley - Charity Football Match IV - The plan is to organise a Corporate Charity Football Match - Details to be confirmed for the Summer of 2010.
Project Man Mountain - During the Summer of 2011 or 2012 the CFM Team will not only be organising a Charity Football Match at the Henderson Sports and Social Club but will attempt to climb the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales within 12 hours (climbing time).
The team aim to climb Ben Nevis 4,409 ft (Scotland), Scafell Pike 3,209ft (England) and Mount Snowdon 3,560 ft (Wales) over a 3 day period. The Charity for this project to be confirmed.
Past CFM Events
Project Rivalry – 23rd May 2009 - Charity Football Match III - where CFM have so far raised £716.00 for Prostate Cancer Awareness.
Project Ascot - 21st December 2008 - Charity Race Night - where CFM in association with William Hill and The Estuary Club have so far raised £851.00 for The Little Havens Children’s Hospice.
Project Sumo - 5th October 2008 - Great North Run - where CFM raised £355 (with reclaimed tax of £81.79) for The LOROS Hospice.
Project Fox - 17th May 2008 - Charity Football Match II - where CFM raised £825 (with reclaimed tax of £28.21) for St Francis Hospice.
Project Bobby - 20th May 2007 - Charity Football Match I - where CFM raised £6,434 (with reclaimed tax of £548.85) for the Bobby Moore Fund.
